Customer care SMS
This page explains how DwelPro collects proof of consent before sending customer care text messages and how recipients can manage those messages.
Proof of consent
DwelPro sends customer care SMS only after the customer gives express permission to be contacted by text. Consent may be collected through one or more of the following methods:
A customer may submit their mobile number through a DwelPro form, request workflow, or digital intake that clearly states SMS communication may be used for customer care.
A customer may ask a DwelPro representative to continue a support or service conversation by text, and that consent is documented before messages are sent.
A customer may provide consent in writing through email, onboarding paperwork, or another signed or recorded service communication that authorizes customer care texts.
Consent to receive customer care SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
